Overexposure to the sun also can cause these veins. A lot of sun exposure could result in the veins appearing on your face. Heredity also plays a vital role too. Since women with a history of varicose veins in their family do suffer a higher risk of getting them over other people.

By using proper sun protection, keeping your body weight down, keeping up a healthy diet, and exercise regularly, you might be able to keep varicose veins at bay.
