Spending Your Vacation In An Orlando Resort

By: Dark Sith

Sometimes, you want to just know how it feels like to be encompassed in a certain world while staying in Orlando. If you ever wanted to check in on a place that is all inclusive and totally different, then a resort will probably be your best choice. Staying in a resort will make you feel like you've lived an actual world that is different from your normal routine. Of course, resorts in Orlando aren't exactly that many or as popular but if you want to stay somewhere that is not bustling with the normal activity in a hotel or other accommodations, then resorts are ideal for you.

Some of the best resorts in Orlando are those offered by Disney Orlando. These resorts are like any other hotel, with the room services and other amenities, but with the added extra of a theme built into the resort. You can check into the more expensive Polynesian Resort or Wilderness Lodge which have the themes of the tropical island and the forest designed in detail into the resort. You can also find decent value in the All Stars Resort with its theme of the Greats of America. Be aware though, you will be paying quite a premium over a regular hotel: about $200 to $2000 per night. With the theme parks so near, you may find it better value to stay at a regular hotel and enjoy the theme parks instead.

There are also some resorts that have offers known as mini-vacations. The resorts offer stays at very low prices on the condition that you take a tour of their properties and attend a sales presentation that typically lasts an hour to two hours. Although you are not required to buy and the package usually includes a lot of free gifts, the offer is only presented to people who they feel that they are in their target market. So if you are in the market for a vacation home or think you have the economic means to do so, this is something you could take advantage of.
