Stick to drinking plain old water. After a while, you will discover just how sweet many of the popular soda's really taste and you will not want to go back to drinking them.

Try to keep a bottle of water handy at all times. Sip it constantly and do not drink down two huge glasses at once.

Obviously, you should keep away from drinking alcohol if you want to lose weight. All it does is prevent the water in your body from doing what it supposed to.
