You may ask about the particular job. You can ask questions such as "Could you detail how this particular job has been executed in the past?" and "What improvements would you want to see take place?" To confirm that this is a job you really want, you may care to ask questions such as: "What are the difficulties or rather challenges I may encounter in this job over the next three to six months?" The interviewer will admire you for asking questions such as this and should inform you as to what is expected from you as you are about to start your learning process, detailing any difficulties involved in the position.

From all the above questions an interviewer should obtain a clear idea of you level of preparedness and perception. Your research should bring admiration and may give you more cudos than your competitors. Asking the right questions in a job interview is a sure winning strategy.
